Simple lemon soufflé

Ingredients you will need for
1 lemon jelly
2 teaspoons lemon juice
can evaporated milk
Thick cream ( optional )
Prepare a -small (6_inches diameter) soufflé
by tying a band of paper round the outside of the dish. The paper should project
2 inches above the rim of the dish.
2. Dissolve the jelly in a little hot water,
make up to 3/4 pint with cold water. Leave in a cool place until almost setting.
Whisk the evaporated milk, chilled if possible, adding the lemon juice and continue
whisking until thick and frothy.
