Shrimp on a Stick
you will need .
Salt and pepper
Peel, devein, and rinse the shrimp, then place them in a bowl with the olive oil
and garlic. Add the breadcrumbs and
toss until the
shrimp are evenly coated.
2. Thread the shrimp onto skewers, then grill them
over medium heat for about 2 minutes per side, or until they are
in the center and the crumb coating begins to brown.
3. Transfer them
to a platter and remove the skewers. Squeeze on some lemon juice and salt and
pepper to taste.
Serve plain or with dipping
