Chicken and Cheddar Quesadillas

2. Lay the tortillas out on a work surface. Sprinkle half of each tortilla with cheese. Top the cheese with chicken, corn kernels, tomatoes and cilantro leaves. Fold the tortillas in half and place them on a nonstick baking sheet.
3. Bake the tortillas for 10 minutes, or until they are thoroughly warmed.
4. Cut each tortilla in wedges and serve with lime, salsa and sour cream.
