Ingredients you will need for 4 servings.

orange jelly 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut 2 eggs 2 oz. castor sugar
4 glace cherries
1. Dissolve
jelly in a little hot water. Make up 3/4 pint with cold water. 2. Separate
yolks from whites of eggs. 3. Beat yolks with sugar until thick and cream. 4.
Gradually stir jelly into yolk mixture. Leave in a cold place until just beginning
to set. 5. Whisk egg whites until stiff, fold into almost setting jelly. 6.
Divide the mixture between 4 individual dishes. 7. Sprinkle with coconut and
decorate each with a glace cherry.
