Mackerel with horseradish sauce

Cooking time 15 minutes

Ingredients you will need for 4 servings.

4 mackerel
2 tablespoons grated horseradish
1 oz. butter
3/4 oz. cornflour
Salt and pepper
2 bottles yoghourt
Parsley to garnish
Vinegar to taste


1. Prepare the mackerel, brush with a little oil and grill in the usual way.
2 .Melt the butter in a pan, add the cornflour and mix well.
3. Add the yoghourt and stir until boiling. Simmer until it thickens slightly.
4. Add horseradish, vinegar to taste and salt and pepper.
5. Serve the mackerel garnished with parsley and the sauce served separately.
