Ingredients you will need for 4 servings.
2 rounded tablespoons sugar
1. Blend the custard powder
with a little of the milk.
2. Bring the remaining milk to the boil.
on to the blended custard, stirring all the time.
4. Rinse the pan with cold
water, return the custard to the pan and bring to the boil over a gentle heat
stirring all the time.
5. Boil for 2 -3 minutes, add the sugar.
6. If cold
custard is required, cover with a plate to prevent a skin forming
